How To Set Up "My Greystone Info"

Greystone now offers more online local services for our Members.
We have implemented new software that will allow our Greystone Members to:

• Sign up for Classes
• Schedule and Pay for Private Lessons
• View your Class Attendance and Purchase History
• Update Contact Information
• any many other convenient services to make life easier.
  
   

Please Note:  This account is different and separate from your TRMAI Account Number.  Each Member should continue to use their TRMAI Login to register for Testing and Tournaments.  The link to Login for TRMAI is always available at the top-right corner of our webpage in yellow text as indicated below...

Each Greystone Member will have an account accessible through the (white) “Members” Tab located in the top-right corner of our website.  By holding your cursor over “Members”, a menu will drop down and you can select “My Greystone Info” as indicated below...

The “My Greystone Info” page contains a link that will take your directly to our new online scheduling software.  By clicking the “My Info” button on this page, a new window will open in your web browser showing the online software login screen.

If you are a Greystone Member and …

• have already used our new online services, use the first box labeled “Been here before?”
  
  Enjoy the new services we now offer for your convenience!  You can sign up for classes, purchased services and products online (when available), buy gift cards and register for local Greystone special events!
   
• have never logged on to your new local Greystone Account, use the second box labeled “New to our site?” 
  
  By entering your First and Last Name and clicking “Next”, the software will find names that match the information you have entered.  If the name you entered is correct and your name appears in the list, you can select “This is me!” to the right of your name to create a Login for your account.  Once your login is created, you are ready to go!  Please continue to read below for more important regarding Creating a Login.

To create your Greystone Login:

Members will be required to enter information matching what is currently on your profile in our database.  If the information you enter is correct, you can proceed to create your Login by following the on screen instructions.  Once your Login is created, you will have access to the “My Info” tab. 

You may be greeted with a Security Verification message (“Unable to provide account information. Waiting for security verification from Academy”) blocking access to only sensitive contact information.  You will still be able to buy and reserves services online as well as view other screens below the “My Info” Tab.  Greystone will verify your account after your Login has been created.

Not a Greystone Member?

If your name does not appear in a list generated by our software, you can “Create a new account” and following on screen instructions to create a New Account in our database.  As always, you may call the academy at 205-981-7777 if you need further assistance.
